Our team of experienced healthcare professionals and community advocates is advancing health equity in remarkable ways. With our extensive network of multilingual providers, specialists, and member advisors, we are removing language barriers and bringing healthcare to our members on their terms. Karen Walker Johnson, Interim CEO, stated that as a tried-and-true Medicare Advantage Plan option with a grassroots approach to local outreach, Clever Care Health Plan is proud to be one of the fastest-growing plans in the five-county service area of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties.

This weekend, we came together to celebrate the dedication and hard work of our Clever Care Health Plan family at our annual summer luncheon. It was an opportunity to meet our new team members and strengthen our bond. We want to thank every team member for their commitment and continued support. Here’s to a fantastic year of growth, innovation, and making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.

Khaliq Siddiq, Chief Medical Officer at Clever Care Health Plan, authored an article in Healthcare Business Today about promoting healthy aging through prevention. To overcome barriers like accessibility and affordability, Dr. Siddiq highlighted three key strategies: embracing HealthTech innovations like wearables and telehealth, enhancing education for informed healthcare decisions, and strengthening community support systems. By prioritizing these areas, we can ensure seniors lead healthier, more active lives while promoting a more efficient and sustainable healthcare system.

On top of our daily operations caring for the seniors of our community, we volunteered with Orange County Coastkeeper to clean up Huntington Beach State Park this past Saturday. We helped clear the beach of trash to protect swimmable, drinkable, and fishable waters in our area.
 
We appreciate our executive leaders, Richard Greene, and Khaliq Siddiq, for joining our Clever Care Health Plan team members in this fun and impactful community service event! Clever Care Health Plan hosted a Physician Appreciation and Award Dinner in Orange County. Over 100 providers and medical group partners attended the joyous evening, where we celebrated and recognized their dedication to quality care and community health. Executive leaders, including Karen Walker Johnson, Richard Greene, Erin Ramsey, Dr. Khaliq Siddiq, and Martina Lee Strickland, shared key updates along with a special announcement video from Clever Care Co-Founder & Advisor Hiep Pham.
