Our Case IH brands’ PR and Sponsorship Manager for North America, Rebecca Ivey, knew she wanted to have a career in agriculture from an early age. Growing up in Racine County, Rebecca was heavily involved in FFA and 4-H. She participated in many leadership conferences, held various officer positions, and enjoyed showing livestock. 

When asked about opportunities for women in agriculture, Rebecca shares, “When I think about my daughter or my nieces, they're all involved in agriculture, whether they're three years old or they're in high school, they all have been exposed to the industry and are involved in some facet.”
