A few days ago, Collabee participated in the final pitch of the Huge Thing Pre-Accelerator Female Programme—an incredible journey filled with learning, growth, and challenges. Unfortunately, we weren’t among the startups selected as winners, but I’m walking away from this experience with a deep appreciation and pride. 😊 While it’s easy to get caught up in the outcome, the real value came from the journey: connecting with talented entrepreneurs Joanna Szaban Mariia Shevchenko Aga Pałka Natasza Beck and many many more, refining our strategy, and pushing our limits. The lessons learned & the best mentorship received from 🌊 Agata Krajewska , and the connections made are invaluable stepping stones to future success. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Huge Thing team: Mateusz Szymański & Katarzyna Maryańska and the mentors who dedicated their time and expertise to help us grow. Meet Maciej Smolarek :) With 16+ years of experience, Maciej's got some serious tech chops, but what really stands out is his love for working with people and his knack for building awesome teams. He just wrapped up a gig as Managing Director and CTO at Yggdrasil Gaming, where he sharpened his business smarts and customer-first approach. Maciej is a true tech all-rounder, with hands-on experience in building web and mobile apps for over 300 customers across a wide range of industries. He's worked on everything from software for big players in food manufacturing and public entities to solutions for banks, wholesale chains, dealerships, e-commerce, and service providers 😊 For the past 7 years, Maciej has been leading teams and departments in the gaming industry, where he oversaw software delivery and managed technical product portfolios. Working in such a fast-paced and competitive space, he honed his skills in building highly-available, complex technical solutions. We're thrilled to have him bring that expertise to our team! 🤲
