The teamwork is great, and my coworkers genuinely care about making that happen. If you could switch jobs with anyone in the company for a week, who would it be? CEO – To see if I got what it takes! I love coming to work and being part of a collaborative work environment with great teammates. I am also proud to work for a company that co-manufactures supplement products to help people. Why did you want to work at CN? I was impressed by the team that was interviewing me, they were transparent, asked great questions and laughed. I wanted to be a part of a culture that has an entrepreneurial spirit, was team driven and I wanted to work with people that could make me laugh 😊. Favorite Quotes: This is easy. Employee spotlight- please meet: Trinity Position: Production Lead, hired 05/02/2022 What's the best piece of advice someone has ever given to you? One great advice someone has given to me was “To work for yourself and never rely on anyone but yourself. The greatest achievements are ones you did yourself”. This advice was given to me by my supervisor Vil! What's your go-to morning beverage? Or what does your morning routine look like? Does it change? My go to morning beverage will always be the pink cloud matcha/strawberry dream matcha from Presso coffee to start my day. My morning routine begins with walking through the floor to start assessing the plans and what will be running in order to proficiently organize the day! What do you like best about CN? The quality of work we produce and the teamwork that goes into producing/packaging. It’s always a great time working with our fellow team members because of our work ethics to get things efficiently done!

Do you have a quote you live by? “Always smile at work on Monday and the rest of the days will follow.” What is your go-to morning beverage? Energy drink “Rock Star” to keep me going all day.

My favorite thing beyond all else is the positive atmosphere and teamwork we strive for every single day. I always look forward to seeing my co-workers when clocking in knowing we will be working together for a brighter future. What is an interesting ingredient you get to work with at CN and why is it interesting? Its always interesting to work with something Like turmeric. It’s a PH changing properties allow it to go from yellow to bright red when exposed to things like lemons and dishwashing soap. It also has been used in medicine for over 4000 years! What is a fun fact about you? I have a pet snake Monty Python. He’s a sweet little ball python that loves to climb all over his enclosure. While some people are scared of snakes (they can be spooky), I find them fascinating and adorable critters! Is there a CN value you want to discuss: Integrity, Collaboration, Humbleness, Perseverance, Agility? Collaboration is king when it comes to CN. Without the teams working together, we wouldn’t be able to keep moving forward and overcome the obstacles that lay ahead.

One word to describe my working style is “clean”. What is a fun fact about you? One fun fact about me is I love to cook.

I have learned what it all entails to make one dietary supplement product, and it is fascinating. What do you like about working at CN? I am always learning new things but most importantly the co-workers I have, they all bring something great to the team and are kind and I’m forever grateful to know them and work with them. Fun fact about me I love music, I try to go to concerts whenever possible, it is just so good for the soul I say.

And why did you choose the field you are in? Working at CN is completely different from anything I have ever done before. I am learning new skills, embracing change and this keeps me both humble and makes me better. I was an athlete all my life taking the type of supplements we make. Now I am on the other side and learning how to make supplements for others. It is a completely different perspective. In fact, I have a tattoo that states “Perspective.” Now working at CN I have a whole new perspective. Do you have any quotes you live by or favorite quote(s)?
