It was a beautiful morning in Florida for a groundbreaking ceremony! Phillips & Jordan is proud to be partnering with Columnar Holdings on The Double Branch project in Pasco County. This center will be the largest economic growth and employment project in the county's history hosting industrial, office, retail, hotel and residential spaces and creating approximately 6,000 jobs. Double Branch is sure to become an enormous asset to this wonderful community, and we are thrilled to be a part of it!

Today marks the official groundbreaking for Double Branch (formerly Pasco Town Center)! With tremendous efforts from many professionals over the last 18 months, this event is the beginning of an exciting decade to come.

Entitled for up to 4.5M SF, the industrial asset class plans to kick off vertical construction at the end of Q1 2024 with Building 1 - a 440,000 SF cross-dock warehouse. Throughout different phases, the industrial component hopes to cater towards users needing anywhere from 30,000 SF to 3M SF.
