Trust us... This Butterfly Pea Flower Latte is too delicious not to try!            1 Cometeer capsule
½ teaspoon blue butterfly pea flower powder
1 tablespoon hot water
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup 
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon dried flowers garnish (optional)
Place butterfly pea powder in a small bowl. Add hot water and whisk until it the powder dissolves. Set aside.
Heat almond milk until starting to steam.
Whisk in butterfly pea flower mixture with maple syrup and vanilla extract. 
Pour into cup. Aerate with frother to create nice foam. Pour melted capsule on top and garnish with dried flowers, if desired. Enjoy!
