It holds operated tenements in the form of production sharing contracts (PSC), including 76.5% participating interest in the Duyung PSC covering an area of approximately 927 square kilometres located in the Offshore Waters in the West Natuna area; and 100% participating interest in the Offshore Mangkalihat PSC covering an area of 1,640 square kilometres in the Tarakan Basin, northeast Kalimantan. Conrad Asia Energy Ltd. was incorporated in 2010 and is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Indonesia is affirming its commitment to meet the country’s growing energy demand, with ExxonMobil planning to invest $15 billion in to help meet energy requirements.
