Constellis announced today that it has completed a recapitalization transaction with its existing investors that significantly reduces indebtedness, while also providing additional new capital to further position the Company for future growth. Simultaneously, in response to changing market dynamics, Constellis has realigned its business operations into two new divisions. Given its ongoing mission to provide best-in-class security services and mission support solutions to federal and commercial customers around the world, the operations that currently fall within the Company’s two primary business units, Global Support Operations and North American Operations, will be redistributed into two newly established business divisions — Global Security Services (GSS) and Mission Support Services (MSS). In honor of #VeteransDay , we are highlighting Constellis veterans across the company. Today we’re thanking K9 Trainer, Eric Neher, for his 5-year tenure in U.S. Army. During this time, Eric was part of 3/509th Parachute Infantry regiment. He deployed in 2012 to Afghanistan as a T.E.D.D. Handler where he primarily conducted route searches looking for IEDs and then conducted missions to find factories where IEDs were made before they were implanted. After the Army, Eric joined AMK9, a Constellis company, and deployed to Balad Air Base in Iraq from 2015 to 2024 where he was an Explosive Detection Canine Handler. Today we’re thanking Constellis’ Director of Project Control, Tenille Maynes, for her service in the U.S. Air Force. Tenille served as a Supply Journeyman in the Air Force for four years. During her tenure, she was assigned to the 10th Intelligence Squadron Langley AFB, supporting the Air Combat Command Air Operations (ACC) and other national agencies. Tenille’s mission was to supply tactical and reconnaissance equipment to directly aid in the intelligence collection and dissemination contingency airborne reconnaissance system deployable ground station-one (DGS-1). Tenille joined Constellis in 2022 as Director, Project Control. In her role, she and her team directly contribute to the financial health of the organization, ensuring direct projects with our customers are completed on time and within budget. In addition, she provides guidance and leadership to her team as well as directly supports her leadership in reaching the financial goals of the company. During this time, Don conducted combat operations during Operation Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom and served as a freefall parachutist on the U.S. Army Parachute Team, the Golden Knights. Don also retired from a distinguished career at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) where he served as a senior officer focusing on the planning and execution of multi-faceted operations worldwide in support of national security objectives. Don joined Constellis in 2023 and is currently the Vice President for Mission Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for the full range of advanced technical solutions, including Constellis’ Layered Extended Security Operations (LEXSO) program. Today we’re thanking Constellis Business Development Manager, Aniko Crossley, for her service in the U.S. Air Force. Aniko served as a Level 5 Certified Pharmacy Technician in the Air Force Reserves for 6 years. During her tenure, she was assigned to the 932nd Aeromedical Staging Squadron at Scott AFB, and later to the 459th Aeromedical Staging Squadron at Andrews AFB. Both ASTS’ mission was to provide the first line of medical care to the wounded in combat and to prepare the stabilized patients for evacuation. Aniko, as a member of both ASTS’, contributed to this wartime mission by always being ready to deploy her skills in service of her fellow veterans. Aniko joined Constellis in 2022 and is the Business Development Operations Manager for the company. In her role, she ensures that business development resources are secured and accounted for.
