As $10T of SMBs transition ownership, why not transition to employee ownership? In the age of AI, employees can either fear for their jobs or feel incentivized to embrace productivity-driving solutions. Ownership will be the key. Ironically, I believe AI will help drive new tech solutions to broaden employee ownership.

As automation in financial services becomes inevitable, we are keenly focused on finding solutions that both address and advance fairness. I did a fun collab with my partner Susan Ehrlich on what solutions we would like to see to address fairness at scale. Notably, we focus on how we can both enable developers to build fairer models while 10x'ing the productivity of model risk management teams. 

Striking a balance between innovation and ethical considerations requires a conversation across our industry. How do you suggest we address this challenge?

Over the last year, autonomous vehicles have taken over the city of San Francisco. After a long haul, the dream of riding in a driverless vehicle has become a reality. At Core, we see the similarities to a future of finance and are committed to investing in the infrastructure that unlocks autonomous finance.
