Yesterday, we announced our third quarter financial results and provided a business update. We’re pleased to share that the Phase 3 clinical trial protocol for soquelitinib has been finalized and submitted to the FDA, with new Phase 1 data from the T cell lymphoma trial to be presented at the 65th annual American Society of Hematology (#ASH23).

Today we announced a new pre-print published in bioRxiv that highlights the potential of ITK inhibition to treat a wide range of inflammatory and immune diseases. This includes data demonstrating that soquelitinib, our selective ITK inhibitor, was active in six inflammatory/immune disease models and has potential in a range of additional Th2- and Th17-mediated diseases. #immunology

On Friday, our co-founder, president and CEO Richard Miller participated in a panel presentation covering a brief history of major advances in targeted therapy for cancer at an event hosted by the YPO SF. Dr. Miller shared his experience with the development of BTK inhibition with ibrutinib. The full panel included an enlightening discussion on the development of several other major classes of medicine, including monoclonal antibodies and cancer immunotherapy.

We’re thrilled to confirm our plans to initiate Phase 3 trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of soquelitinib in patients peripheral T cell lymphoma. Today we presented new preclinical data for ciforadenant highlighting its mechanism of action and synergy with immune checkpoint inhibitors via combination with anti-CTLA-4 and anti-PD-1 therapies at the Japanese Cancer Association and American Association for Cancer Research (#JCA-AACR) Precision Cancer Medicine International Conference in Kyoto, Japan. We’re pleased that the data further supports the rationale for the synergistic combination of ciforadenant with checkpoint inhibitors to leverage multiple components of the immune response to cancer.
