From engaging cross-functional discussions to strategic planning sessions, we dove deep into our upcoming milestones, fueled by collaboration and innovation. But it wasn't all work and no play! We wrapped up the day on a high note with some friendly competition at the bowling alley, strengthening bonds and creating memories that will fuel our journey ahead. Get to know some of the talented individuals driving our success! Both team members bring unique skills and perspectives that contribute to our mission of unlocking the next generation of solid tumor #cancer therapies.

Shivu Sharma, Head of Strategy & Business Development, has over a decade of strategic leadership in oncology and cell therapy. He previously led product and portfolio strategy at Instil Bio and held key roles at Gilead Sciences and Kite Pharma, contributing to their strategic decisions and the Kite acquisition. Shivu also founded Big Pharma Sharma, a Substack publication offering industry insights. 

Vita Salsman, Head of Cell Therapy Manufacturing, has 19 years of experience in cell and gene therapy for solid tumors and has worked alongside scientific, regulatory, and clinical teams, bringing much needed new therapy options to critical patient populations, both adults and pediatrics. Leveraging her expertise in manufacturing operations, clinical trial logistics, and quality programs, her pivotal work has led to 8 completed phase I/II trials, treating a wide range of indications, including GBM, advanced sarcoma, and breast cancer.
