Cultimate successfully presented yesterday in front of the audience at the #NFC2023 in Berlin its 2nd hybrid prototype!

The prototype, a joint effort with very seasoned experts in the field of ingredients and Cultimate, is made of a plant-based mix and a low inclusion rate of CultiFat, bringing the meaty aroma, taste and texture.

The production and the cooking experience gave the team invaluable insights into what the future will bring!

Moreover, our co-founder Eugenia Sagué, together with Sophie Hubalek Fabio Ziemssen Katharina Burdorf was invited to a very interesting panel discussion about the future of hybrid products. 

We had an amazing time at the New Food Conference organized by ProVeg International, and we are looking forward to 2024 where we can taste our product!
