Die Sendung beleuchtet die bahnbrechenden Entwicklungen im Bereich der #eAviation und zeigt, wie Unternehmen wie CustomCells dazu beitragen, eine nachhaltigere Luftfahrt zu ermöglichen. 🌱🛫

Mit eAviation ebnen wir den Weg für ein völlig neues Segment der #Mobilität – digital, elektrisch, nachhaltig und angetrieben von Hochleistungsbatteriezellen. Als einer der weltweit führenden Entwickler und Hersteller von speziellen Lithium-Ionen-Batteriezellen helfen wir dabei, den Startschuss für elektrische Flugzeuge zu geben. 🔌

How can we achieve a more efficient future faster? With strong #teamwork! 💪  

When manufacturing electrodes, it is important that the coating is distributed evenly - this benefits quality and performance. Together with SCANTECH, we’ve therefore developed a new system that enables a much more precise and uncomplicated process. We’ve integrated a SCANTECH measuring system into the roll-to-roll coating process and can now react directly to process deviations and also use the data for our statistical process control and quality reports. 🔧⭐

In addition, #SCANTECH and #CustomCells have developed and implemented new materials and electrode designs, improved the resilience of the production processes and also reduced the reject rate and production costs by optimizing the measuring system.  

In the future, the engineers and developers at SCANTECH and CustomCells want to equip the systems with further technical solutions, for example with improved defect detection systems for roll-to-roll processes or high-precision and auto-calibrating X-ray systems. This will be exciting, as this X-ray technology will play a central role in the development of lithium-ion batteries and other energy storage technologies, improving efficiency, performance and reliability in battery #manufacturing.

🗓️ Heute am 16. Juni 2024 findet der bundesweite Aktionstag #MobilOhneAuto“ (MoA) statt, der seit 1981 Menschen dazu inspiriert, umwelt- und sozialverträgliche #Mobilität zu fördern. Dieser Tag bietet eine hervorragende Gelegenheit, die Potenziale der #Elektromobilität zu entdecken und zu nutzen.

E-Bikes, E-Lastenräder und E-Scooter ermöglichen es beispielsweise, flexibel und umweltfreundlich durch die Stadt zu fahren – sie sind perfekt für kurze und mittlere Strecken. Auch Carsharing-Dienste mit Elektrofahrzeugen bieten eine praktische und nachhaltige Alternative zum eigenen Auto 🚗. Sie kombinieren Flexibilität mit Umweltbewusstsein, ohne die langfristigen Verpflichtungen und Kosten eines eigenen Fahrzeugs. Und dann ist da natürlich noch der öffentliche Nahverkehr, der zunehmend auf elektrische Busse und Bahnen setzt. 🚆Dieser Trend unterstützt nicht nur die Umwelt, sondern fördert auch eine nachhaltige Mobilitätskultur.

Der Aktionstag "Mobil ohne Auto" ist eine Chance, die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten der Elektromobilität zu erleben und gleichzeitig ein Zeichen für den #Klimaschutz zu setzen. Jeder Verzicht auf Verbrenner trägt zur Reduktion von CO2-Emissionen bei und unterstützt die Vision einer grüneren Zukunft. 🌱

Collaborating with Composite Technology Center / CTC GmbH (An Airbus Company), VÆRIDION, and Air2E GmbH provided a holistic view on the future of #AdvancedAirMobility. 🔌✈
