¡Esta semana nos toca hablar de #talento ! 💡 Hace una semana finalizó la XI Semana de la Innovación #WeekINN organizada por Donostia Sustapena - Fomento San Sebastián , un evento clave en nuestra ciudad que apuesta por acercar la ciencia y la innovación a la ciudadanía donostiarra de una manera atractiva, visibilizando su ecosistema de innovación a través de diversos agentes, sectores y colectivos. Desde Cyber Surgery , hemos tenido la suerte de participar en la jornada de talento EKINN TALENT de esta edición, donde 400 jóvenes han podido fortalecer sus capacidades para conectar con el mercado laboral y explorar oportunidades de desarrollo de su talento en San Sebastián. Además de dar a conocer nuestras oportunidades de empleo, nuestra compañera Irene Martínez del Valle participó junto a otras empresas donostiarras en el audiovisual preparado para la ocasión, donde habló sobre la evolución en la atracción de talento, la búsqueda de empleo en la actualidad y dio consejos para los y las jóvenes que se enfrentan a la entrada en el mundo laboral. El mundo evoluciona a velocidades vertiginosas y en gestión de personas también se evoluciona hacia nuevos paradigmas. Uno de los más llamativos, tal y como explica Irene, “la empresa ya no es quien elige al candidato; sino que es el candidato, cuando hay talento y hay perfiles brillantes, el que va a elegir a la empresa”. 👀

Ayer, 4gune publicó una entrevista a nuestra compañera, Irene Martínez del Valle , donde destaca la importancia de la colaboración entre Universidad y Empresa. All that in just 31 days? 😮 At Cyber Surgery, we're saying goodbye to a busy but incredibly rewarding October. The Cyber Surgery team traveled from Vienna to Sofia, with a stop in Marrakech, to participate in key events for the robotic surgery industry. ✈ The month began with Jorge Presa (CEO), Laura Zabalza Ortiz de Zárate (Sales & Marketing) and Anne Fernández Lopo (Clinical Product Specialist) attending EUROSPINE, the Spine Society of Europe 2024 in Vienna, a major event for spine professionals. From Eurospine, they traveled to European Association of Neurosurgical Societies (EANS) , the International Neurosurgical Congress, which this year focused on "Innovation, Education and Leadership". At both events, they had the opportunity to present our ALAYA Robotic Assistant, which attracted significant interest with its groundbreaking, non-optical, touch-based technology. 👇 🙌 We were fortunate to have our Medical Advisory Board present at both events. Thank you to Jesus Lafuente , Nicolás Sampron , Florian Ringel , Roger Härtl and Marcel Ivanov for coming to share their experiences and insights into performing surgery with ALAYA. Meanwhile, Davide Scorza traveled to Marrakech, Morocco to attend MICCAI Society 2024, the 27th International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer-Assisted Intervention. Finally, there was plenty of activity in our offices in San Sebastián! We welcomed IÑIGO ALDABA SENOSIAIN and Aitor Lopez Gallego to the team and had the pleasure of hosting engineering students from OLARAIN . Who knows?
