Decent doesn't need money (really) but Direct Primary Care as "value-based care's most underrated play" has a nice ring to it. We feel we are in the right place at the right time. We serve a movement in DPC that I believe will eventually just be called healthcare.

I am sitting in the audience with hundreds of Direct Primary Care clinicians at #HintSummit watching our relentlessly curious purple-haired VP of Product Sandy Dedo absolutely deliver talking about how Decent supports DPC. Last night Decent 's Head of Direct Primary Care Dr. Ben Aiken won DPC of the Year for his work at Lantern Health . Both are among the best in the world at what they do and are dear friends. The night before we hosted a dinner with the founders and early luminaries of DPC, including Garrison Bliss and Clint Flanagan, MD and Mark Tomasulo DO , along with up and coming docs like Maryal Concepcion, MD FAAFP , Jonathan Bushman DO , James Gaor , Emilie Scott , Kyle Rickner and many others. The single best thing about building Decent right now is the feeling of being part of something bigger than ourselves. DPC is truly a movement, it's growing like a flower, and it's the best shot we've seen in our lifetimes at fixing what's broken in healthcare. And Decent itself is now so much bigger than me and my cofounder Richard . Thank you Sandy , Ben , and the thousands of people supporting Decent and building this movement together.
