📢 We are thrilled to announce the recent publication of a paper authored by our Chief Medical Officer, Prof. Runjan Chetty, and Senior Manager for Technical Integration & Support, James Johnson, on the implementation of digital pathology workflows.

In today's rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, digital pathology is proving to be a transformative technology. The paper presents a comprehensive management approach to successfully navigate the challenges associated with its implementation.

Key highlights from the paper include the importance of stakeholder engagement from hospital administration, IT, and laboratory management, as well as the necessity of developing a customised business case tailored to local needs. It emphasises the need to assess the impact of this "disruptive" technology on work habits and workflow and recommends planning for the selection of scanners and software that seamlessly integrate with the laboratory information system.
