DEFCON AI was born in 2022 when the Air Mobility Commander, Gen. Mike Minihan approached former Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and DEFCON AI co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Gen. Paul Selva, looking for next-generation tools to rapidly plan for and make informed decisions in contested logistics environments. 

Today we are thrilled to announce that we have delivered a gov-cloud based version of ARTIV ™, our combinatorial optimization and reinforcement learning-based advanced modeling simulation and analytics tool for the modern military logistics environment, to Air Mobility Command.

ARTIV puts technology directly in the hands of logistics planners to automate the joint planning process with an intuitive user interface, streamline business processes, and reduce planning time.
