Operations Portfolio Manager, Bill Van Buhler : Bill Van Buhler joins Drawbridge’s Denver office from a local real estate firm, NAI Shames Makovsky. He brings 26 years of real estate management experience with a variety of asset types and ownership groups and he has overseen numerous TI projects and capital upgrades in his career. Bill will oversee operation of our assets in the Southwest, Atlanta and North Carolina markets. Bill is married with three children and one grandchild. He is a Colorado native who is a big supporter of Colorado’s professional and collegiate sports teams. Real Estate Administrator, Taylor Kluczynski : Taylor joins Drawbridge’s Denver office after seven years in the real estate title insurance industry. She has a strong interest in real estate, a passion for learning new things, and is always striving to be the best version of herself. Originally from Santa Clarita, CA, but a Midwesterner at heart, Taylor is a proud University of Nebraska-Lincoln Alumni – Go Huskers! She loves the outdoors and enjoys biking, hiking, and geocaching.
