This tour focused on experiencing firsthand the innovative projects and new technologies we are implementing at Draxton Atxondo, Teruel, Lleida, and Barcelona, and provided an excellent opportunity to engage with our teams. 🌍🏃♂️ We excitedly joined the first global edition of the San Isidro 15k, organized by Grupo Industrial Saltillo in its 47th edition. We ran together virtually through an app that allowed us to overcome distance and celebrate health and wellness as a team. It was an amazing experience that involved more than 200 Draxtoners from Europe & Asia! We heartily congratulate all the runners: your energy and commitment were a true inspiration! More Green Energy, Less CO2 at Draxton China 🚗💚 We keep on the road to a greener future in the #automotive industry. We recently held the opening ceremony for our 1.9 MWp photovoltaic project at Draxton China. This project reinforces our commitment to green casting and #sustainability , consolidating our position as a leader in this area. 💡 Highlights: ✔ Installed capacity: 2.6 MW on the rooftops of our #foundry and #machining facilities. ✔Energy generated annually: 2.6 million kWh ✔Increase in green power: 70% to 75% by 2024 ✔CO2 emissions reduction: approx. 48,750 tons over the project's lifetime Together, we are moving towards a more sustainable future! ♻️
