This exit delivers an IRR of 36% for the Company, with further potential gains available from future performance-related deferred consideration.

With a headline cash consideration of €11.4 million, it provides us with additional liquidity for new deployments into our pipeline of long-established, profitable businesses. This represents the seventh exit for the Company, delivering a sixth profitable exit.
