Meet Kelsey Staton , our Construction Admin Manager! ⭐️ Kelsey leads a team that helps build new shops, creating opportunities for crews across the field. She’s passionate about supporting our growth and being part of a company that has made such a positive impact on her home community of Grants Pass, where she used to visit the original Dutch Bros pushcart with her mom as a child. Now, Kelsey is playing a key role in our expansion across the country! Starting as a construction billing assistant, Kelsey has worked her way up over the past two and a half years. One of her proudest achievements is balancing her career with being a mom to four children, all while contributing to our success. Kelsey’s family brings her “chaotic joy,” and she credits her husband, Rich, for his support as she pursues her dreams at Dutch Bros. Kelsey’s inspiration comes from her team—knowing that her hard work helps them succeed every day. She’s excited to see the construction team grow and hit future goals. When she’s not managing projects, you’ll find Kelsey enjoying a decaf vanilla latte with oat milk or a strawberry passion fruit Italian soda.🍓 She also loves reading, spending time outdoors, and exploring new restaurants in her new Arizona home.
