When Miss Hazel joined Buena Vista YMCA Express two years ago, she relied on a cane to walk. At the time, she could only use 4 out of the 9 EGYM Smart Strength machines. Fast forward to today, and her progress is nothing short of remarkable: She now works out on all nine machines, walks 25 minutes unassisted on the treadmill three times a week, and has shed an inspiring 50 pounds! 💪
