After an extensive portfolio review, today we announced that we will focus our development efforts on advancing avexitide in hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia indications, continue the commercialization of Zokinvy® (lonafarnib) for the treatment of for Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome and processing-deficient progeroid laminopathies and are evaluating strategic partnering options for lonafarnib and peginterferon lambda.
