We strive to provide AAA patients undergoing Endovascular Aneurysm Repair with a long-lasting sealing and fixation solution for their endograft. 

Aortoseal was developed to mimic the reliable hand-sewn suturing technique from open surgery, evenly distributing staples around the circumference of the aorta, creating leak and migration free anastomosis.  

Endoron is a proud beneficiary of the EIC grant. The European Innovation Council (EIC) was established by the European Commission in 2021, it has a mission to identify, develop and scale up breakthrough technologies and disruptive innovation. It has a budget of over €10 billion for the period 2021-2027.

We are thrilled to announce that Endoron Medical has successfully raised $10 million in Series A funding, led by Sofinnova Partners, with significant contributions from the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) Fund. This funding will accelerate the clinical validation of our Aortoseal device in our Early Feasibility Clinical study, broadening patient access to our innovative #AAA repair technology. Last week, two of our team members, Limor Dinur Klein and Liron Barak traveled to Poland for site initiation visits (SIV). They visited #hospitals that will be participating in our upcoming clinical study. This trip was an excellent opportunity for our team to meet with our new partners and establish a strong foundation to kick off our early feasibility study in Europe.

The United States FDA has approved our larger-size device for enhanced fixation and apposition of an endovascular graft to the aorta in the treatment of AAA - part of the company’s investigational device exemption (IDE) ongoing study. 

This approval enables a wider patient population to benefit from our innovative fixation and seal technology for AAA. We're eager to expand our study in the US and improve patient outcomes.
