This July, ETC executed the third iteration of the Naval Energetics Technology Apprenticeship Program (NETAP) with Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division at the College of Southern Maryland Velocity Center in Indian Head, MD. NETAP hosted 12 local students to build and deploy SeaPerch ROVs, exposing them to programming, engineering tools, and team building.
