Matt Levine's column in Bloomberg on forward trades in the secondary market has many in our industry talking. Forward contracts aren’t new to the secondary market. In fact they are something we at EquityZen explored back in 2013 -- quick transactions, even in transfer-restricted companies. It sounds pretty nice...
