Ashby Ponds, the Erickson Senior Living-managed community in Ashburn, Virginia, announced the construction of Leesburg Landing, the community's final residence building! "This is an exciting time," says Executive Director Tom Channon. "When we welcomed our first residents in 2008, our goal was to meet the tremendous demand for the Erickson Senior Living lifestyle in Loudoun County." Ashby Ponds has done just that. Over the last 16 years, the community has constructed three clubhouses, a continuing care neighborhood, and 16 residence buildings, welcoming more than 2,100 retirees.
