The Utility Solutions Group segment provides diagnostic testing solutions that enable electric power grid operators to assess the integrity of high-voltage power delivery equipment; and decision support tools for the renewable energy industry, primarily wind and solar. The RF Shielding and Test segment designs and manufactures RF test and secure communication facilities, acoustic test enclosures, RF and magnetically shielded rooms, RF measurement systems, and broadcast and recording studios; and RF absorptive materials and filters, active compensation systems, antennas, antenna masts, turntables, electric and magnetic probes, RF test cells, proprietary measurement software, and other test accessories to perform various tests. It also provides services, such as calibration for antennas and field probes, chamber certification, field surveys, customer training, and various product tests. The company distributes its products through a network of distributors, sales representatives, direct sales teams, and in-house sales personnel. The company was incorporated in 1990 and is based in St. Louis, Missouri.

Our team recently embarked on a meaningful sustainability mission: Operation Clean Stream. We set out to clean up the serene trail that included a dried-out stream that needed some attention. The turnout was fantastic, with many members of our team coming together to support the cause. Armed with determination and a commitment to making a difference, we managed to remove a significant amount of trash and debris from the area. The sense of accomplishment at the end of the day was immense. This past week, we hosted our annual OneHR conference, bringing together 40+ of our talented HR professionals from around the globe for an action-packed 2.5 days of learning, networking, and giving back! We kicked off the event with a delightful meet and greet at the rooftop bar of the hotel, setting the perfect tone for the days ahead! The next morning was filled with insightful presentations highlighting the innovative developments and exciting initiatives we’re rolling out for the rest of 2024. One of the most rewarding parts of our conference was our community service event at the #StLouisAreaFoodbank . It was a humbling and enriching experience to give back to the community together as OneHR.
