‎أعلن استيراد بنك ش.م.ب. مقفلة، اليوم عن الترتيب الناجح لبرنامج تمويل أمواج “ميزانين” بقيمة 10 ملايين دولار أمريكي، وهو عبارة عن تمويل “ميزانين” مرابحة متوافق مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، والذي تمت تغطية وتجاوز طلب الاكتتاب فيه بنسبة 20٪، حيث تم توظيفه مع المؤسسات والمستثمرين من ذوي الثروات العالية من جميع أنحاء دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. ‎ستدعم عائدات هذا الاتفاق مراحل التطوير المتبقية لمشروع أمواج “بيتشفرونت” المميز التابع لشركة استيراد للاستثمار، والذي استحوذت عليه في عام 2019 وتم إنجازه بنجاح ويتقدم نحو الاكتمال. المشروع عبارة عن مشروع سكني فريد ومتكامل في جزر أمواج بمساحة بناء تبلغ 197,000 متر مربع ومساحة قابلة للبيع تبلغ حوالي 117,786 مترًا مربعًا، ويتكون من فلل وشقق فاخرة تقع على طول شاطئ بحري خاص في مملكة البحرين. Esterad Bank today announced the successful arrangement of the US$10 million Amwaj Mezzanine Program, a Shariah compliant Mezzanine Murabaha financing, which was oversubscribed by 20%, and placed with institutional and high-net-worth investors from across the GCC. Proceeds from the arrangement will support the remaining development phases of Esterad Investment Company’s iconic Amwaj Beachfront Project, which it acquired in 2019 and has successfully turned around and is progressing towards completion.
