Adopted in May 2007, Evergreen Line is the common trading name for the Evergreen Group's container shipping companies that comprise Evergreen Marine Corp. (Taiwan) Ltd., Italia Marittima S.p.A., Evergreen Marine (UK) Ltd., Evergreen Marine (Hong Kong) Ltd., and Evergreen Marine (Singapore) Pte. Ltd..

With Evergreen Marine (Asia) Pte. Ltd. joining the brand name agreement in year 2021, the six shipping companies operate a modern fleet of container ships with a combined capacity of more than 1.6 million TEU and maintain services across a broad array of trade lanes around the world.

Since its establishment, Evergreen Line has been a global brand which symbolizes innovative, reliable and sustainable marine transportation service. We continue with our mission to build efficient e-commerce platforms and to accelerate our fleet renewal program, introducing ever more eco-friendly container ships.

At Evergreen seafarer training center, we provide advanced maritime training courses, with boasts an extensive database comprising numerous vessel-and-port models. Additionally, we have integrated the state-of-the-art Kongsberg 360° Full-mission bridge simulator into our training. This advanced simulator has the capability to accurately simulate any type of vessel across various sea and weather conditions.
 
Evergreen recognize the importance of investing in maritime training, and we are committed to upholding our vision and responsibility of providing seafarers with cutting edge training, ensuring our trainees receive the highest level of training and are well-prepared for their maritime careers.

To achieve net-zero by 2050 that in line with the International Maritime Organization's GHG strategy, Evergreen has teamed up with the world's largest fund manager within greenfield renewable energy, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) for a collaboration on hydrogen-based marine fuels.

Evergreen Marine Corporation (EMC) and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to jointly explore production and usage of carbon-neutral e-fuels.
 The MOU was signed by EMC President Eric Hsieh (left) and CISC Taiwan Managing Director Marina Hsu.

Evergreen is proud to join the historic program of Trans Pacific Green Shipping Corridor, the first-ever green shipping corridor designed to accelerate emissions reductions from China to Southern California. Participants of the green shipping corridor partnership will take steps to reduce carbon emissions and harmful pollutant emissions by expanding the use of shore power and supporting the development of clean marine fueling infrastructure.
