Today, we announced the closing of a $115 million Series C financing co-led by new investors RA Capital Management and Sectoral Asset Management , with participation from additional new plus existing investors. We also welcomed Derek DiRocco , PhD and François Beaubien , Ph.D. to our Board of Directors.
