We are targeting the growing need for throughput with robust solutions for clinical and large-scale proteomics, and we have a very ambitious business plan to bring the community closer to the clinic.
 
We are basing our design on years of experience with nano-UHPLC R&D and application support, critically rethinking the necessary system architectures for successful sample separation before mass spectrometric analysis.

What a night! 

Together with, friends, colleagues and collaborators we celebrated the grand opening of our new facility. It was a fantastic evening filled with great company and a shared excitement for the future so thank you to everyone who joined us to toast to new beginnings. 

This move marks a significant milestone for us and we’re thrilled to be expanding our production and laboratory capacities in this state-of-the-art facility. With lots and lots of space and close proximity to key institutions like the Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark and the new University Hospital, we are excited to continue our commitment to making proteomics more accessible and efficient for all. 

A special thanks to Peter Rahbæk Juel, the Mayor of Odense, for adding a touch of ceremony—and a bit of fun—to our event. He teamed up with Morten Bern and Ole Vorm, to cut the official ribbon!

Viral infections are usually diagnosed with PCR or immunoassays. This study introduces vPro-MS, a proteomics workflow for untargeted virus identification from patient samples. Using a peptide library covering 331 viruses, vPro-MS enables high-throughput analysis with >99.9% specificity. It offers sensitivity comparable to metagenomics, allowing large-scale virus detection in biofluids like human plasma. #proteomics #patientsample #bloodplasma
