Exolaunch is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert W. Sproles, Ph.D. as our new CEO, with our founder Dmitriy Sternharz transitioning to the role of President.

Robert, who has made significant contributions as Chief Technology Officer over the past year, brings over 20 years of industry experience. His expertise  will contribute to our next phase of growth, as we continue to scale and innovate.

Dmitriy, who founded Exolaunch in 2011 while serving as an associate professor at the Technical University of Berlin, will now focus on our long-term vision, advancing our product and services innovation, digital transformation, and contributing to our involvement in German national space programs. His vision and entrepreneurial spirit have been pivotal in transforming Exolaunch from a university spin-off into a leading force in launch services and satellite deployment technologies.

As we enter this new chapter, Exolaunch is poised for unprecedented growth. We’re on track to set a new record for the number of satellites launched in 2024, expand our market presence, and enhance our service offerings. Our patented, reliable, and flight-proven separation systems are driving crucial innovations in satellite deployment, enabling our global customers to achieve more in space.
