From Helsinki to Milwaukee, the #FirstVet doggos are savoring the chilly winter weather. Say hello to some of our four-legged team members: Stitch, Marley, Sookie, Paddy, Kerstin, Stellan, Salma, Thorsten, and Apollo! 🐾❄️ #WinterWonders #FirstVetPaws 🐕❄️

In Sweden, where FirstVet is headquartered, we have a rather unusual holiday tradition. Every year on December 24th, at 3 PM, a whopping 80% of the population gathers to watch the 1958 Walt Disney special, "From All of Us to All of You."

Now, here's the connection to FirstVet. During that particular hour, our veterinary service experiences an eerie calm. But, like clockwork, an hour later when the TV show ends, our video call lines light up! Wondering why? Well, it turns out that when families huddle around the TV, their furry companions seize the opportunity to sneak into the kitchen and sample the Christmas dinner. And when pets eat something they shouldn't, their pet parents sometimes need to consult with a veterinarian. 

So, as you enjoy your holiday festivities, here's to hoping your four-legged friends don't get too mischievous. We wish you a very Happy Holiday, and while we're always here to help, we're hoping that you and your pets stay healthy and happy, without needing our services during this pawsitively wonderful time of the year!
