A big step towards improving how depression is treated:

On January 2nd, Fisher Wallace welcomed Dr. Maurizio Fava as an advisor to design the clinical trial we intend to conduct later this year to obtain FDA approval for the treatment of depression. Dr. Fava serves as Psychiatrist-in-Chief at Massachusetts General Hospital, and is also Director of the Mass General Research Institute. We are honored to have him as a collaborator as we work to make safe, rapid depression treatment accessible to everyone. The new protocol will be informed, in part, by our recent 255-subject study that documented the acute (4 week) treatment of moderate to severe depression, the results of which will soon be published by The Journal of Clinical Psychiatry. We intend to submit these results in support of a CE mark and UKCA mark for OAK.
