Here are some great ways we support and promote mental health well-being: ✔ The Employee Assistance Program with Retail Trust, an organisation that focuses on the mental well-being of our employees ✔ Our partnership with Sanctus Coaching, Mentoring & Listening , providing 1-2-1 coaching for personal or work matters ✔ Calm app subscription for guided meditation and relaxing soundscapes ✔ Flexible working options Within our office, we have trained Mental Health Ambassadors to support our employees. During Menopause Awareness Month, we want to encourage open conversation and increase understanding surrounding this topic. Menopause can bring physical and emotional challenges and fostering a supportive environment is crucial. Whether it’s a partner, parent, sibling or friend menopause will impact everyone in one way and so we want everyone to have the information and awareness to be able to support the people around you.
