Automic Group today announced that it has completed the 100 per cent acquisition of Advanced Share Registry (ASX: ASW) for $0.165 cash per share by way of a Scheme of Arrangement.  

“We are delighted to welcome the Advanced Share Registry team and its valued clients into the Automic Group family,” Andrew Wilson, Automic CEO said.  

“Advanced Share Registry clients will now join over 1,000 of Automic’s current clients to benefit from additional and integrated solutions across registry, employee share plans, investor and media relations, company secretarial, accounting and finance and ESG.”

The acquisition of Advanced Share Registry builds on the 2023 acquisitions of WA based company secretarial and finance businesses Ventnor Capital, Endeavour Corporate and Grange Consulting as well as Environmental, Sustainability and Governance Advisory firm ESG Capital.

The Five V Venture Capital team recently spent the afternoon with Thread Together, teaming up with our friends at AfterWork Ventures, Archangel Ventures, Black Nova Venture Capital, Giant Leap, OIF Ventures, Rampersand and SecondQuarter Ventures. 
 
Thread Together is an amazing local organisation focused on clothing our most vulnerable communities including people experiencing homelessness, women and families escaping domestic violence and youth at risk. Thread Together works with retailers to rescue brand new clothing, otherwise headed for landfill, and distribute it to over 2,500 people in need a week. It's a great cause that we're thrilled to support.
 
The team rolled up their sleeves (pun intended) at Thread Together's warehouse sorting donations and packing clothing orders for various charities and social service agencies in Thread Together's network.
