Fluid Efficiency develops MegaSupraMolecules (MSMs), materials designed to make fuels safer, improve lubricant performance, and facilitate fluid movement through pipelines. These MSMs are the result of scientific work by Caltech founders to create molecules with shear-stable rheological effects for various applications.

Fluid Efficiency is a Caltech spin-out that makes lubricants, fuels and oils safer, longer-lasting and more efficient to move.  Our core products are self-assembling MegaSupraMolecules (MSMs), a suite of polymers that make fuels less explosive, improve the viscosity index of lubricants, and make oils easier to pump through pipelines.
