We very proud to share that Therapeutic Advances in Urology has published our landmark paper, “Randomized trial of mechanotherapy for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in women”.

Pelvital’s mission is to transform the standard of care for urinary incontinence, and this paper's publication marks a crucial milestone. It is our second clinical trial evidencing that our first product, the FDA-cleared, in-home device, Flyte, effectively treats stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and weakened pelvic floor muscles with 71% of study participants being dry or near dry over 2 to 12 weeks, results comparable to surgical intervention. 

Statistics show that 62 percent of women suffer from urinary incontinence, causing disruptions that range from inconvenient to debilitating. For generations, women have believed that it is a normal part of aging. We at Pelvital and leading medical community members including Dr. Nissrine Nakib, who co-authored this paper, know that isn’t the case.
