We gathered for our first annual winter party at the Boston Flight Club, a social darts venue. It was a great time of playing, mingling, and a little friendly competition. We take pride in our close-knit company culture and are excited to see our team members growing closer together as we pave a new way for transformative medicines as part of our collective moonshot mission. 

We're pleased to welcome Richa Poddar, MBS, to our team as Vice President, New Product Planning. Richa will play an integral role in achieving our ambitious goal to be a unique creator of life-changing medicines, by optimizing the competitive positioning of our portfolio of programs as they are developed for the market. Earlier in her career, she played an instrumental role in launching #oncology and rare disease products, and we look forward to having her on our team to help create transformative precision therapeutics for patients suffering from devastating and often fatal diseases such as #cancer.

February 4 is #WorldCancerDay, and we at FogPharma are taking a stand to #closethecaregap in cancer treatment. 

At a systemic level, we know that inequalities in healthcare access disproportionately affect many people. We are committed to providing equitable access to our clinical trials and potentially transformative precision medicines for often fatal and devastating diseases such as cancer. Our mission is to make these treatments available to everyone who needs them. We have designed our ongoing Phase 1/2 clinical trial of FOG-001 with #healthequity in mind by selecting a diverse group of clinical trial investigators at some of the nation’s most renowned cancer centers and enabling them to provide patients and their caregivers with translation services and travel reimbursement.

Join us in welcoming Mark Ator, Ph.D., to the Fog team as our Associate Vice President, Discovery DMPK! Mark brings over 35 years of #drugdiscovery and early drug development experience, with specialties in biochemistry, drug metabolism, and pharmacokinetics. He also has extensive experience as a discovery project team leader, advancing four projects into preclinical development. We're happy to have him on board as we continue to integrate the latest breakthroughs in experimental science and #datascience to create a new class of transformative medicines for patients.
