The 2024 Fosun ESG Ambassador Programme has recently come to an end, with ESG ambassadors from ‘ONE Fosun’ around the world gathering in Hong Kong to showcase the positive practices and achievements of each company in sustainable development. 

In the current era of urgent need to address climate change and promote sustainable development, Fosun continues to collaborate with global resources and advocate employees to pay attention to sustainable development and environmental protection. During their stay in Hong Kong, the ESG Ambassadors visited the Know Carbon House to learn how small changes in our daily habits, from clothing to food, housing to transportation, can make a big impact in practicing a low carbon lifestyle.  

In addition to internal sustainability-themed workshops, the ESG Ambassadors also visited charity foundations and sustainability teams of financial institutions in Hong Kong. Since joining Fosun Kite as the Associate Director of Legal Affairs, I have taken on new roles and challenges as the company has grown. I was appointed as the Company Secretary in 2018 and began establishing the company's compliance system in 2019. Each step was a breakthrough from zero to one, and each step marked significant growth. 
The past seven years at Fosun Kite have broadened my knowledge. As one of the founding team members, I witnessed the launch of China's first cell therapy product “Yescarta”, which has benefited more than 600 patients in China.
