One of our portfolio companies Lone Design Club has been featured in Forbes ⚡️ They’ve partnered with real estate developer and shopping center owner, Landsec, to create Co.Lab. Co.Lab will utilise vacant retail spaces to support selected direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands that currently trade online, allowing them to test locations and physical stores without spending thousands a month renting a space. The first will launch in Cardiff’s St. David’s shopping centre, a 5,000-square-foot area, branded Co.Lab, that will house more than 80 labels. This is the first time this has ever been attempted in the UK!
