NephroCare S.p.A. segue in Italia oltre 2.800 pazienti in dialisi cronica, con uno staff di circa 600 addetti tra medici, personale infermieristico, ausiliario ed amministrativo.
Sempre nel comprensorio di Palazzo Pignano è presente inoltre un Polo Tecnologico Europeo di eccellenza con circa 50 collaboratori che sviluppano software innovativi in uso nei centri dialisi in tutto il mondo.
