One of the concepts we borrowed from software development was the idea of a "log". In software if something breaks or doesn't run, a developer scans through a log of all the actions and can quickly get a directional diagnosis of what happened. 

We borrowed that idea and created a way for our clients to get a feed of changes and actions that are happening in their operations, on their loads and in the market. Below you see a capacity update from a waste receiver facility operator. This capacity change then allows operators and drivers to see that a 32m³ load is available right now. We use the log function to monitor and confirm all the interactions with our app and it gives us the ability to solve problems in real-time. 

These notifications can even be connected to a Microsoft Teams channel to keep your team plugged in.
