This most versatile and powerful machine is compact enough to work in tunnels but strong enough to pull long welded rails (as seen at the end of this video).
The 𝙂𝙚𝙞𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙧 𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙍 can carry out a large number of different tasks "effortlessly" such as transporting up to 20 sleepers in one go, carrying up to 5 concrete slabs or laying pre-assembled track sections. 
The 𝙂𝙚𝙞𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙧 𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙍 is fitted with a laser positioning system for optimal precision when laying tracks or concrete slabs. 
The 𝙂𝙚𝙞𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙧 𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙍 is also remarkably safe and easy to operate thanks to its fully radio-controlled system with 6 on-board cameras (optional).

Track laying and track renewal lies at the heart of the 𝙂𝙚𝙞𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙧 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙚  👷♂️🚊

The proven 𝙂𝙚𝙞𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙧 𝙋𝙀𝙈-𝙇𝙀𝙈 system is probably one of the most productive solutions in the world to lay large sections of pre-assembled tracks and turnouts safely and accurately.

This video – shot during the construction of a new segment of the French high-speed railway network - gives a short preview of the 𝙋𝙀𝙈-𝙇𝙀𝙈 capabilities. A few well-trained operators can carry out massive tasks safely and efficiently thanks to a cluster of 14 remote-controlled PEM-LEMs.

The most demanding railway engineering projects around the world rely on Geismar’s PEM-LEM system to build high-precision, quality infrastructures.

❄️⛄️ Not a big fan of freezing temperatures? ⛄️❄️ Most railway equipment aren't either! Starting combustion-engine machines can be a struggle during winter, not to mention fiddling with jerrycans, reservoirs and funnels when temperatures drop below 0°c.

Luckily, 𝙂𝙚𝙞𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙧's robust battery-powered 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙠 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙤𝙣 rail saw thrives under a wide spectrum of temperatures. In fact, it can operate in ambiant temperatures of between -𝟐𝟎°𝐜 (-4°F) to +𝟒𝟎°𝐜 (104°F) and will start at the push of a button, litterally. The high capacity 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙤𝙣 battery can either be worn as a back pack (as demonstrated in this video) or simply laid on the ground near the operator.

This particular video was shot in Tampere, Finland on the 14th of December 2022 during a demo carried out by our skilled and trusted agents from Scantruck AB for Destia Rail Oy and NRC Rail Oy. The temperature was -15°c (5°F) but the 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙠 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙤𝙣 started immediately and made little work of the rail it had to cut! 
And the best part of this story : no exhaust fumes and a much lower impact on the environment! 🔋 ⚡️ 🌳

🐝🐝🐝 Aren't they cute these "little" remote-controlled LEMs from 𝙂𝙚𝙞𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙧 working as a team to lay tracks and turnouts in Narbonne, South of France? 🐝🐝🐝

The LEMs and their "partners in crime" the PEMs are 2 inseparable machines that make up the acclaimed 𝙂𝙚𝙞𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙧 𝙋𝙀𝙈-𝙇𝙀𝙈 system. 
Up to 16 PEM-LEMs can work together and simultaneously to lay large turnouts or pre-assembled track sections, boosting quality, safety and productivity.
