New Episode! Akash Nigam, CEO of Genies, has the goal of enabling a new form of communication and expression, in ways that weren't possible physically, by leading a revolution to make a digital second self! He has the ambition to make Genies the go to platform for avatar creation and integrations and shares how technologies like Mixed Reality will further enhance this! Today, Genies has set the industry standard for high fidelity avatars, which resulted in Bob Iger joining their board as was aligned with the vision and cared about the mission. At a point, the team was him and a couple friends at a WeWork and it happened to be that Offset reached out asking for one of their high fidelity avatars, which when posted gained substantial traction. Genies sophisticated avatar creations, unique communication style, and more enabled it to raise at a Unicorn valuation a testament to Akash's vision and endurance as an entrepreneur. Now with their developer product focus, the possibilities for creatives are being further increased. Hope you enjoy!
