Actors Jazzy de Lisser and Sebastian de Souza recently hosted an intimate ‘Glenmorangie Games Night’ in Primrose Hill in London to bring Glenmorangie’s playful nature to life. Delicious drams of Glenmorangie The Original 12 Years Old and The Infinita 18 Years Old were shared with guests at the private event along with cocktails and culinary delights, before the party began in true Glenmorangie style. The night was filled with laughter, spirited competition, and meaningful conversations, all while showcasing the rich flavours and craftsmanship that define Glenmorangie. We are celebrating our colleagues, Marcus Hunter and David Cairney as they have been inducted as Keepers of the Quaich , and Hamish Torrie , who was inducted as a Master of the Quaich a few weeks ago. Marcus is Glenmorangie’s Management Accountant and Whisky Stocks Manager and has amassed a fantastic 28 years in the whisky industry, joining The Glenmorangie Company in 1996 and becoming the guardian of Glenmorangie and Ardbeg whisky stocks. David, our Head of Internal Control and Data Protection Officer, has made vital enhancements to the business over the past 16 years, most recently in the modernisation of our bottling lines and the acquisition of The Islay Hotel. Hamish, CSR Communications Director, joined Glenmorangie 25 years ago and played a key role in the revival of Ardbeg Distillery. In the last decade, he has enriched both the land and the people of Glenmorangie and Ardbeg through the Company’s CSR strategy. Glenmorangie’s delicious and wonderful world was recently brought to life with ‘The Technicolour Tables’ dining programme at JW Marriott Goa ’s Heliconia Restaurant. Guests were treated to culinary delights, celebrating a fusion of Peruvian and Japanese cuisines, followed by an in-depth tasting of our sumptuous whiskies hosted by our Moët Hennessy brand ambassador, Khushnaz Raghina . The eat-by-colour dining experience, using coloured lenses, added an interactive element to the technicolour tables, as guests were invited to de-code their menus to reveal the taste sensations beneath. We have… For the fifth edition in our ‘A Tale of…’ series, we introduce to you Glenmorangie A Tale of Ice Cream. This luxurious limited edition single malt is aged in high-vanillin casks to bring Glenmorangie’s sweetest, creamy vanilla notes to their tantalising best, capturing the lavish flavours found in an ice-cream parlour. Combining melting notes of peach melba, scoops of vanilla and lemon sorbet, topped with coconut flakes and toffee sauce, this edition is a delicious treat. Our Master Distiller Dr Bill Lumsden , who worked on this creation alongside Master Blender Gillian Macdonald , said: “Ice cream is an irresistible indulgence, and inspired by the flavours you might find on an ice-cream parlour menu, we imagined creating a whisky of melting decadence and lavish swirls of flavour. Our team in India recently fired up the imagination of over 500 whisky lovers, ignited their senses and allowed them to traverse across Islay’s peaty landscape, without even leaving their seats. The Pursuit of Smoke, at this year’s Vault Festival in Mumbai, combined immersive animation videos, guided tastings and paired bites to bring to life the journey of the smoky, complex, and incomparable Ardbeg Ten Years Old. At The Glenmorangie Company, we are dedicated to shaping the future for the next generation by providing valuable internship opportunities. In partnership with Career Ready , we hosted three high-school students from West Lothian for a four-week paid internship. During their time with us, they experienced working across diverse environments at our Head Office in Edinburgh and our bottling plant in Livingston.
