Sudhir Sitapati, our CEO and Managing Director, spent an exciting few days in Indonesia, conducting factory visits, meetings with consumers and customers, and discussions with young managers.

The trip commenced with a factory visit to understand operational challenges and working conditions while acknowledging the improvements made. This was followed by a town hall where he directly interacted with our teammates, emphasising the importance of safety in the organisation and the goal of achieving zero injuries. Sudhir also took this opportunity to express his appreciation for all the accomplishments in FY24 and to reinforce the goodness manifesto and our exciting and ambitious growth plans for the year. He concluded his trip with a consumer visit to observe the behaviour of Indonesian consumers, assess sales productivity and identify opportunities for growth with distributors.
