Cocoa Processing Company PLC celebrated World Chocolate Day with students of Ashaiman Cluster of Schools Friday, July 5, 2024 as part of its Corporate Social Responsibilities. While the official day falls on July 7th, the celebration was moved to Friday to accommodate the weekend since school won’t be in session. The event kicked off with a talk with the students, educating them about the significance of the day and also highlighting the health benefits of consuming cocoa-based products as well as promoting the local consumption of cocoa. Students at the event enjoyed dancing and rapping competitions, with the day's highlight being the distribution of Alltime Instant Drinking Chocolate exercise books to promote learning and product visibility. The event was a resounding success, leaving the students of Ashaiman Cluster of Schools with a sweet memory of World Chocolate Day and a renewed appreciation for the delicious treat and its local origins. #GOLDENTREE #CSR #WorldChocolateDay
