Was wir heute lernen sollten : es gibt sie die ewige Liebe , die Dankbarkeit . Und vor allen das wir Muttertag und Vatertag transformieren in die “Elternwohl Tage “.Wie jeden Elternteil Wunsch ich ihnen das ihnen gut geht , das sie eine gesunde selbstliebe leben . Meine Mutter jedenfalls bewundere ich dafür das sie immer tanzte , das sie obwohl sieben Kinder versorgte auch immer ihr Leben lebte , sie Haltung zeigte , unbeirrbar lebte sie nach den Grundsatz wer die Liebe verbietet hatt keine Ahnung von der Liebe . Vor allen eine Liebevolle Haltung als Führungskraft ist die Authentizität die ich mir wunsche , und zwar Minimum einmal täglich . Wunderbar das auch dies immer wieder vorgelebt wurde . #haltung #geschwister

Creativity Shows What Comes Next Dear companions of the Grameen Creative Lab & Friends of Social Business, The past years' developments have posed extreme challenges for us humanists. As co-founder and managing director of the Grameen Creative Lab (GCL), I have experienced firsthand, along with many social entrepreneurs, the effects of systemic pressure and global crises.It 's hard to accept, especially considering our goal of shaping the interpersonal realm in a loving and peaceful manner. Yet, I now keep asking myself: Do we really want a world without all-encompassing loving solutions? Under the pressure of time and these circumstances, I was compelled to take a difficult decision. In December 2023, I filed for discontinuance of Grameen Creative Lab GmbH as a German-registered entity. This for me represents a significant burden, and it is a challenge for GCL colleagues. But I'm happy to see that the radical systemic change being ushered in by social business entrepreneurship continues to become more vibrant. For the past 16 years, GCL has worked to initiate tens of thousands of projects that touch a billion people every day. Yes, a billion individuals, whose lives have changed in large measure because of GCL's creativity. This work will continue. I am now working with committed colleagues to transition the Grameen Creative Lab to a new home-base, with renewed momentum and direction. Once the transition is complete, GCL will remain the platform for ideas, projects, and social business solutions as it always has been. What will change is that GCL's work will be even more aligned to the needs of these challenging times, the strengths of our global community and the depth of our human connections, which are vibrant as always. I am deeply grateful for the support of our volunteers, the incredible spirit of our team members, and the contributions of all employees, whose full commitment have contributed to achieving so many successes. The countless comrades at my side, each of whom has grown beyond themselves, as well as the unconditional partnership with the agency Circ, who themselves have become entrepreneurs, represent for me one of the most beautiful forms of Return on Investment. Everyone is an entrepreneur and, as I would like to add, everyone is a creative. From „Do it with Joy“ to „Do it with Love“ Heute vor 30 Jahren, am 21. März 1994, wurde die Live-Kommunikationsagentur CIRC von mir ins Leben gerufen – ein Abenteuer, das ich mit Leidenschaft und Hingabe begonnen habe. Nun, genau 30 Jahre später, am 21. März 2024, übergebe ich diese Agentur, mein Lebenswerk, in die Hände einer neuen Führung. An erster Stelle möchte ich mich bei jedem einzelnen von den CIRC'lern von Herzen bedanken! Ohne die wunderbaren und engagierten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter wäre CIRC nicht das, was es heute ist. Viele von uns leben nach dem Motto: Einmal CIRC, immer CIRC. Ein Gefühl, das wohl auch für mich gelten wird. Euer Einsatz, eure Leidenschaft und euer unermüdlicher Glaube, den Augenblick, den allumfassenden schöpferischen Moment zu erschaffen, haben unsere Gemeinschaft zu einer der kreativsten Agenturen der Branche gemacht. Jahrzehnte lang! Ebenso möchte ich unseren Leistungspartnern und engsten Weggefährten danken, die mit uns zusammen immer wieder das Beste, das Kreativste und den einzig wahren Moment geschaffen haben. Ihr seid eine der tragenden Säulen unserer Erfolgsgeschichte. Besondereren Respekt gilt auch unseren großartigen Kunden, die uns immer wieder ihr Vertrauen geschenkt haben. Sie haben uns mit den höchsten anspruchsvollsten Aufgaben betraut und uns herausgefordert, das scheinbar Unmögliche möglich zu machen. Das Vertrauen, das sie uns bei der Organisation und Durchführung ihrer Veranstaltungen entgegengebracht haben, ist und bleibt einzigartig. Unsere inspirierenden Antworten auf diese Herausforderungen waren stets ein Beweis unserer Leidenschaft, unseres Engagements, unserem „dem-Zeitgeist-voraus-zu-sein“. Uns allen einte auch immer die Kraft des Designs, der Philosophie, der Kunst und der KünstlerInnen. Letzteres war und ist Teil der CIRC-DNA. Vor 16 Jahren haben wir den CIRC unter das Motto „Do it with Joy“ gestellt und in Partnerschaft mit dem Friedensnobelpreisträger Prof. Muhammad Yunus und der Grameen Family unser Engagement in der Live-Kommunikation genutzt, um weltweit ein sozialbewusstes Wirtschaftssystem voranzutreiben. Diese Mission haben wir mit einer bedingungslosen und leidenschaftlichen Hingabe mehr als erfüllt. Ich bin überzeugt, dass das Bewusstsein und die kreative Kraft, die wir mit CIRC in die Welt getragen haben, weiterwirken werden. Während ich mich auf neue Abenteuer vorbereite – denn ich spüre, dass ich noch ein bis drei „Zirkusse“ in mir habe – wünsche ich euch allen nur das Beste. Ich hoffe, dass die Fehler und die Ungeduld, die mir manchmal unterlaufen sind, sowie mein unnachgiebiger Anspruch an Leistung, mir von euch verziehen werden. Mögen die Fehler, die mir und uns widerfahren sind, uns allen als fruchtbare Erfahrungen dienen. Natürlich wissen wir alle, dass ich alles, was ich im CIRC geschaffen habe für und mit der Familie getan habe - die leibliche und die liebevoll gewählte - LOVE! #danke
